Senior Sales Manager

Overview

MinoriLabs, Inc. is rapidly expanding across the United States and seeks experienced sales leaders to drive growth, build trust, and secure high-value service engagements. This remote, field-based role requires professionals who are skilled at navigating the U.S. digital services market and closing six-figure deals.

As a senior member of our growth team, you will work with the President of Business Development to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in key U.S. markets. If you thrive in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial environment and are results-driven, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across MinoriLabs’ target industries.
  • Manage early-stage customer relationships until a dedicated account manager is assigned.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service fulfillment.
  • Oversee invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, and revenue visibility for your accounts.
  • Advocate for MinoriLabs within client organizations and represent client needs internally.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM reporting and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates.
  • Represent MinoriLabs at industry events, conferences, workshops, and trade shows across the U.S.

Specifications

  • 10+ years of proven success selling services in the U.S. market.
    Strong understanding of the digital marketing, web development, and advertising sales cycle.
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closure and ongoing relationship management.
  • Experience running and closing deals $100K+ in value.
  • Willingness to spend over 30% of your time in the field, with frequent travel on short notice.
